We recommend scheduling an appointment prior to your arrival. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. Please arrive 15 min prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, may result in a loss of your treatment. Please be respectful of other clients during your stay.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to our clients and staff, all clients must give 48 hours notification of cancellation. No-shows will result in 100% billing equal to the total amount of services reserved.
Gratuities
In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion (20% is customary).
20% gratuity will be added for the clients convenience to groups of 3 or more, all packages, and appointments after 8 PM.
100% of gratuity is gratefully accepted by each therapist.
